Damaged Product on Delivery
We only accept returns or provide refunds if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a return or refund:

How to Report a Damaged Item
To process your claim smoothly, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

Our support team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
Return Eligibility
A return will be accepted only if:

The damage occurred during shipping.

The item is unused and in the same condition it was received.

The original packaging is included.
If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged item.
Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If the returned item is not found to be damaged, no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
